At DREAMYBUG, we are committed to providing products that help bring calmer nights and less stress to you and your baby.  We truly believe in what we’ve created, which is why we recommend using your product for at least 14 days before deciding if it’s right for you.

If you’re not satisfied for any reason after 14 days—and within our 30-day money-back guarantee window—please reach out to us at support@dreamybug.com, and we’ll be happy to assist.


Cancellation Policy

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it.  After this window, your order may already be in processing and we may not be able to accommodate your request.

If your cancellation is made within the 24-hour timeframe, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

We stand behind our products and encourage you to use your DREAMYBUG sleep sack for at least 14 days to fully experience its benefits.

If you’re still not satisfied, you may return your item after the 14-day trial, as long as it is within 30 days of your purchase date.

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable

To help us process your request faster, please include:

  • Your Order Number, or
  • The Name and Email Address used to place the order

Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive safely.

An item is considered damaged if it arrives defective or physically broken.  Minor packaging damage (such as dented boxes) does not qualify if the product itself is in good condition.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at support@dreamybug.com and include a clear photo of the issue.

If eligible, we will provide a replacement at no cost to you.

Please note:

  • We do not replace or refund items damaged due to normal use, wear and tear, or misuse

Shipping & Delivery

While we do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible, DREAMYBUG is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or other factors outside of our control.

If you experience an issue with your delivery, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.

Please note:

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages

Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is entered at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and we are not notified within 24 hours of placing the order, we are unable to offer a resend or refund.
